Don't you just hate it when they say "if it makes YOU feel better"?? Its like "well, I don't think you need to, but if you insist..." LOL.
Isn't it amazing the info we've learned and now we can go into these discussions with Dr's and NUTS informed and with our own knowledge and perspective? AND how we KNOW what we do/don't like and what our bodies do/don't like?
