Congrats on your success, Linda.  You are a true inspiration.   I agree and on the agree to disagree part.  we know our bodies best and what work for US. I think that is the key we have to Find a healthy way to make our tool work for us that keeps us in check.  They may consider the protein shakes a snack but it is far better then what I used to call a snack!  I have enjoyed reading your progress along the way. Congrats again.

LOL - I agree Sheri - my old snacks would have been cookies, potato chips or cake - protein shakes are much better for me!!

Happy Surgiversary Linda!!!   It's wonderful LW's like you that keep me on track!!!  When I have something to share you are one of the first friends I think of.  Thank you for being my friend and sharing your journey with me.  I hope we get to meet in person someday!!

Thanks Roz.  I sure hope we get to meet someday too.  If not before I retire - maybe DH and I can travel up that way then... 3 more years.  I think our families are a lot alike!!  Hope your DD's are doing good.

Isn't it strange how we can all make such a connection with each other and feel more like family and very close friends rather than strangers on an internet site.  I feel like my whole world and friends have expanded since I've been on this board.

Linda, thanks for being such an amazing inspiration.  I've learned so  much from you, particularly to keep plugging along when I stall or don't have a good week.  Congrats on your 2-year surgiversary.
