Good Morning!!!   It's so good to be home!!   DH is off for 2 weeks and he's already been calling me at work....it's going to be a loooooong 2 weeks!!  He gets bored very fast!!

Roz,  So glad you and hubby are home!!  That's good he has some time off to rest too.

I have been having struggles with carbs bigtime...  at night I just have been letting my hunger (head probably) take over and I have been finding myself eating whatever I can find...  I need to get control of this, I have seen the scale go up by 5 lbs.  I do not want to let it become 10!

I understand completely Mara!!   I try to warn everyone in their honeymoon period not to let carbs in their meal plans because once you get to goal and the honeymoon period is over the weight will come back on.

You can do this Mara!!   Cheezits had me for awhile and then it was pretzels.  I can't have carby snacks in the house!!

Yea, it is so easy to "allow" carbs back into your life.  When you are in the loosing phase, you forget that you aren't absorbing everything you eat (at least me)... and then think you can still eat a few crackers more than you should and not see weight go on.  I met with a small group of WLS ladies last night for coffee some that are further out, and some a little less than me... All of us over and around the two year mark are struggling with the same issues.  It was nice to get together with them and see we are all in it together... as it is great coming here also.  I can't thank you enough for posting here daily.  It definitely helps me keep some accountability..  I don' think I would be doing as well as I am, if I didn't have all of you here!

Hi Roz.  Glad he's home...  he must be feeling better too.  But I'm sure its driving him nuts having to sit quietly while I'm sure he'd rather be doing other things.

B - 2 protein coffees
L - a sausage/egg/mushroom mix. 
S - cherries
D - Low carb tortilla with taco meat and cheese

Vits:  not all of them today, but the important ones, including iron, calcium
Water:  did pretty good.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

He is so used to being busy and sitting around drives him nuts!  He called me 4 times today and that's just the beginning...LOL   He actually slept alot today.  I think all the morphine and drugs he got this week need to wear off.
