17 gr pritein that I mixed with 1 scoop of vanilla fortress protein and a dollop of fage yogurt and ice. Mixed it with my hamilton beach blender.

H. Beach single blender...half price from 12 to 6.00 at wal mart.

Bought some silk milk in a carton and mixed with some chike protein and ice.

I liked them all.

Oh yeah,got some 4 oz ramikans in pack of 3 from the dollar store.

My nut appt is in the morning.

Hospital tour and room tour and meet with patients that are in the hospital about how they feel after there surgery.

We didn't do a hospital tour but had a nurse come to one of the support group meetings and it was one of the best we had.  She really told us everything so we could be really prepared.  Sounds like you are going to be ready for sure.

 That's a pretty cool thing (patient visits), I wish they would have done that with me!!  My only advice, don't spend all your money pre-surgery finding what proteins you like, etc.  I made that mistake.  Stocked up on all the awesome drinks and powders only to find that after surgery I was completely repulsed by the sight, smell, taste of them.  You'll spend enough money after surgery trying to find something that works for you!  Your taste truly does change.

You are moving right along!  I, too, stocked up on various protrein drinks... my son is enjoying them LOL... my doc wants only Whey protein.. I just am not used to eating or drinking sweet things... I thought I would love shakes I was wrong..I ordered and received the new Whey Bullet Proteins.. in big quantity lol... they are 42 g in one serving of about 4 to 6 oz.. i believe.. then I have to chase it with water or V8 juice. But, I have no problems getting in more than my protein..  Also  I have pouch rules for Dummies pdf if you would like me to email it to you send me your email.. good luck!!

Im completing my list by aug 23rd. I dont want to have to go to the store aftet surgery. I do have samples and hot chocolate protein that a oh member sent to me as a gift.

Keep yall posted about my visit 2mrw. Im getting another computer soon because using the net from the mobile phone is for the birds.
