Roz asked me to post today. She's got her hubby at the ER. I think he'll be ok just swing him some lizards.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - baby carrots w/dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - trail mix
D - baked fish and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

MILES:
2 - 15 minute walks

Hi Gina,
I was just wondering if everything was ok with her since she had not posted.  She usually has it up when I go to lunch and get to post.  Swinging for her DH!!!  I hope he did not get over heated.

Today's Plan:

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee (IDS Cinnamon-Vanilla)
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink - forgot my shaker cups today so had to mix w/o it.
L:  Link Sausage, onions & mustard
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Not sure yet
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning Done
Water/Fluids:  50 ozs
Miles:  None today - DGD coming to stay a couple of hours - I need to iron - does that count????

S - BIG spoon of peanut butter.  I finally had to just say "STOP"...
D - no idea

Vits:  yes, including iron
Water:  doing ok.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

That shake in the afternoon might work. I don't see a thing wrong with what you're eating today. Great numbers.
