Hi everyone.  I can't believe it's August either.... the summer is going waaaay too fast!  We just got our invites for our 20th high school reunion in Sept.. should be fun!

Hi Roz,
August is our birthday month.  DD's is today, DS is the 11th and mine is the 15th.  School started back here today so the buses were running.  I get to leave in a little while to take DGD#2 to the doctor for a follow up visit since DD's school started back today(teacher).

Here is today's plan:

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee (IDS Cinnamon Vanilla)

S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Cube Steak, Green beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drin
S:  Cherries
D:  Chicken Wings, couple of french fries

Miles:  Zumba DVD - didn't make it back to the class

Hi Roz!!! Got a sample Premier Nutrition Strawberry RTD in the mail Saturday and it was pretty good. I was surprised it had 30 g protein and like 2 carbs.

 I got mine Saturday, too.  It had been so long since I ordered it that I forgot all about it.  Can't wait to try it.

Roz - I'm right there with you regarding Winter.  We have 2-3 months of summer - that's IT!  Yesterday Tom was saying something about wanting winter here - I about smacked him.  I said "huh?? this is what we wait for ALL YEAR LONG!!!!  Anyway... I love summer. 

B - my protein coffee curdled, didn't mix my protein and water together well enough - BLEK!  Down the drain it went....
B2 - Stopped at Burger King and got a breakfast croissant meal with a large coffee.  I ate almost all of it...
L - double fuzzy navel protein drink
S - 20 cherries
S - a spoon of peanut butter (tell I'm grazing again...)
D - IDK - either leftovers or chicken
