Starbucks Protein Powder
Great to hear about # of grams of protein. Skinny Vanilla Latte with 2 scoops of protein one of my favorite things in life right now!. Was 10 grams in a tall, grande or a venti size? Also, about the clumping thing...have had my share of that but was told by one barista that if you ask that the protein powder is stirred in slightly and then steamed with the milk, it comes out smooth and creamy. Works every time. Sometimes you have to insist that they do it that way or it will turn out clumpy. As for the skinny part, some of the franchises (Safeway, Fred Meyer (Kroger)) aren't necessarily trained to ALWAYS use SF syrup in skinny drinks, so I ask them each time if they are using SF syrup. Don't need a dumping episode if it can be helped.

For the longest time, starbucks protein skinny decaf latte was my go to meal when I couldn't get anything else down.
I was told by the barista that the label said 6 grams of protein per scoop. I would get 4 scoops in a 20 oz latte, and ask them to mix the protein in the milk first, then heat the drink 135 degrees and not a degree hotter. It would take me an hour to drink, and would be cold at the end, but those drinks saved me. The baristas all remember me now, and they STILL remember my preferences. A couple weeks ago, one said "Don't you usually get decaf?" And I said "Oh my God, didn't I say that? Thank you Sooo much for remembering."
