Hi Roz,
We had our kids and their families for lunch today to celebrate birthdays.  Both my kids were born in August so we do them all at the same time.  We used to eat lunch every Sunday, but since they have kids now and all work it seems hard to get everybody together at the same time.

Still nursing my knee but I did go to look for a swimsuit today.  Nothing at the mall at all, well, it's a little mall.  Not even a top and bottom that matched although I was looking for a one piece.  I wasn't going to buy one this year but when I go to visit DD, she wants to go to a little island off Cleveland and it sounded like fun.  Any on line sites anyone can recommend, remembering I'm 62 and have lots of ugly skin.

meals
decaf protein coffee  23
egg beaters, tomato, cheese 14g
chicken, small piece of pizza crust  16g
South beach wrap, pepperoni, tomato, cheese  26g
steak, onions, peppers, greenbean tomato salad  25g
frozen protein pudding  25

Actually, that doesn't count the bite of pizza crust cause I had no idea how to count it.

Price,
I know your knee has been killing you (like mine has) but has your Dr said what it is??
I have to wear a strap around the bottom of my knee and it has helped TRENDOUSLY! It is called a ppatella wrap. Not sure if it would help your issue at all but was just wondering

Stage 4 athritus, bone on bone.  I had a cortizone shot, nothing, then a couple of weeks ago had a joint fliud injection.  Nothing yet but he said it could take 3-4 weeks to work.  So maybe soon.  I will probably get a new knee in November when my horse stuff slows down.  Glad you found something that has helped your knee.  It is just a ****** to have lost 100 lbs and still be lame.

Darn, I was hoping it was something that could have helped too...Well I will say that the "knew" knees are lasting much longer than they used to... I know what you mean about the weight being gone and not being able to do something, thats exactly what I thought, Good Luck I am swinging this fluid helps...
