I say go for it, Liz. In my view, any recorded weight at the MD's office counts. I also agree about changing your signature. I did that a while back. I worked hard for the 20 pounds that I lost in the months before surgery - it counts! Congratulations, Liz - you are kicking butt!

 You earned your apple! I count the 14 pounds I lost pre-op. Didn't even know that was questionable to use in my ticker.

I figure any pounds off our bodies count as a win for us and should count in our total.

You've earned it. My highest EVER was 225, I saw it for 2 days and dont think I will see it again. We counted it.
