Hands falling asleep when I'm sleeping
Mine do that a lot too and I usually take it as a signal to go to my chiropractor and get my spine adjusted. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and it pulls things out of whack and pinches a few nerves in there. It also used to do it very badly when i had torn 3 of the discs in between my shoulders. The tears were minute but enough to cause that asleep feeling all the time.
As Brenda mentioned, it sounds like it could be signs of carpal tunnel. I would suggest wearing a brace that you can pick up at a drug store for a few nights and see if that helps. I also agree with Kahlana about seeing a chiropractor. It could not hurt, as long as you go to a good chiropractor. My chiropractor has been a godsend.
Good luck!
