I Think I May Have Found It

Beach cruisers look more like the bikes we rode in the 60's.  Great big fat tires.  No gears.  Many only have old fashioned foot brakes, too.  (oops, meant to paste only one picture!)  Janet

you gals are a huge inspiration to me. I have been trying to figure out what I can do for exercises that wont kill my still healing tummy and I am going to give the bike a try this morning. If i can't ride it all the way to work today at least I can walk and the DBF can pick me and it up from work tonight so thanks for the ideas!

That was very helpful.....the gears always confuse me so this might work.....although I live in  the mtns and hope to "maybe" go on trails one day if I am ever confident enough!
