Up early this morning getting some quiet time and reading a book.  It's a beautfiul morning but it's only 9:30 and starting to get to hot to read outside.   DH, DD#1, and DGD (they spent the night) are out on the golf cart "exploring" and I'm waiting for the rest to crawl out of bed so I can get some cleaning done.  Cleaning and Relaxing is the plan for today.  I hope you are doing something far more exciting!

Doing laundry and we watched the grand baby a bit this AM. Now they've gone to lunch and I'm munching on leftover rib eye. Mmmm!

hi everyone...i haven't posted for a couple of weeks. back on track though. working on water and vits, did an hour long power walk this morning with the two dogs.

Yes I know I snacked alot today but they were good choices and I need to increase my calories somehow.

Went to my folks today and helped clean out some of the house and the garage - what a job...  it was hot and humid too, of course.

B - 2 protein coffees and regular coffee
L - 2 naked hotdogs (almost, didn't eat all the 2nd one), some chips and pasta salad.. Can you say "sugar drop"?  I felt bad for several hours after
S  - SF McD's iced coffee
D - just finished some breakfast -  eggs, sausage, cheese and mushrooms

Vits:  yes
water:  yes - drank a LOT of ice tea today

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Hi Roz !!!, Been eating that Greek yogurt and adding a bit of strawberry jam. It's just past midnight and I just got in my last series of vitamins and protein for the day. Really didn't eat much today had a small turkey sandwich at noon with my vitamins and shake. Ate a few ritz crackers for a snack then made bacon and eggs for supper, ate three eggs and one piece of bacon and two slices of toast. Sandy was a bit testy with me as I cooked the eggs because she was hovering around the kitchen and I asked her to sit down and eat as hers was done. Called me "bossy" but that's probably the MS talking. Not a whole lot really going on but I am trying to maintain weight which I seem to do but have to keep eating to do it. It's the vitamins that I have the problems with I just forget if I don't do them first thing in the morning! Never forget at night but don't know that it would help to double up at night if I do forget the morning vitamins.
BTW thanks for asking about Sandy the other day.
I probably will post a few pics soon so I will let you know when.
Well it's time for sleep as summer church is at 9:00 instead of 10::00 ...I like to sleep in..lol... Good night......Jeff
