This  is  one of those  DUH  its so  OBVIOUS   why didnt I  EVER think of that  before ?! things

that I'm half  sure  Y'all  probably HAVE been doing for years   ... and I'm just  slow on the learning  curve lol  but  just in case  U havent  figured it out either  ...

one of the  BEST   things to do with the  BUCKETS   of delicious  tomatoes coming from the garden now is  Salsa ..but oh what a pain in the butt ...

chopping  onions, peppers  , cilantro , garlic .  tomatoes  into  tiny pieces  .. TEDIOUS ..  and it  really has to be done  FREQUENTLY   because its best  super - fresh right ... ( and I personally  have had trouble  getting the taste just tight ..and then U  end up making TOO  MUCH .. .Making good homemade salsa  for me from scratch  has proven to be a DAUNTING  task ... so much so  that  I have to admit  buying store made  salsa even when i have a surfeit of fresh tomatoes in the garden ...

Well   I just chopped  about   5 tomatoes  this  morning  , then added  STORE BOUGHT   refrigerated ready made salsa  to taste ...  and it was  AMAZING .

No muss no fuss  no cleaning the food processor even ...  WOW

it was  so good i had it for BREAKFAST     salsa  is always  FAT FREE , vitamin packed  and MUY  DELICIOSO  ( also  a healthy enzyme packed raw food   in this  case a truly DELICIOUS one )

Yeah, my tomatoes are coming in also.  I love it, but.......

Sounds like a good option.  I also bought some packaged seasoning for salsa that I need to try.  DH isn't in to spicy so hopefully it isn't too or I guess I can just add lots more tomatoes.  Of course, I also have peppers, onions and cukes so maybe I will just do all of those and add the seasoning mix.  I'll let you know.

I pulse my veggies in the food processor for my chunky salsa, but it is still TEDIOUS.

Yours is an awesome way to turn storebought into Salsa Fresca!!  Muchas Gracias Blondie!
