Menus and Miles Friday July 29th
Hi Roz! I'll be MIA for the next few days as I'm heading to my foks' place to help clean out their garage - fun (not)... Oh, and I sold one of my motorcycles. I'll be delivering it to the new owner tomorrow on my want to my folks' place. I HATE that July is almost over. The one month of the year I wait anxiously for.
B - coffee and 2 protein coffees
L - a spoon of peanut butter Found myself grazing and made myself stop
D - 5 chicken wings w/ Buffalo wild wing sauce
S - a couple of beers
Vits: yes lots of calcium today AND I've been good about my iron lately too
WAter: yes - lots of ice tea today. Seems the more I drink it the more I want of it.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
