Hi Roz,
TGIF!!!!  I am so ready for the weekend.  Next week is a short work week for me.  I get to take DGD#2 to the doctor Monday afternoon for a check up and then I'm off Thursday & Friday.  I have my 2 year appointment with my surgeon.  Can't believe it has been 2 years!!

Here's the plan for today.  It is still up in the air for tonight....

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee with IDS Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Powder - delicious!!
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Other 1/2 of steak salad from last night w/ lite raspberry vineg. dressing
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  1/2 low carb tortilla wrap, reduced sugar peanut butter, sf grape jelly - PB&J sandwich
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  90 ozs
Miles:  None today

It's hard for me to believe it's only been 2 years...it seems like I've known your forever. 

I missed my 2 yr. appointment and now it's almost time for my 3 year one.  Since my Surgeon is no longer there I have to see the PA and it's a quick in/out.  Iit irratates me to give up sick time at work and drive over an hour in heavy traffic to get there for that. 

How do you make your frozen protein drink and what do you use?  Do you just thaw it a little?

I think my appointment is actually with the PA this year.  I hope he can answer my questions about my low white blood count.  It does seem like it has been longer than 2 years.

I use 1 cup Hood Calorie Countdown Milk, 1-2 tsp splenda, 1 scoop protein powder, put in my magic bullet cup then finish filling the cup with ice, mix with the magic bullet and it turns out like a milk shake with ice in it.  I've done several different kinds.  The Natural Orange and Peach protein flavors were really good.  The orange is like an orange ice cream.  I haven't tried anything that I did not like yet.

Thanks to your menus, I've been seeing this and decided to give it a try.  I got a lot of samples from Vitalady because I wanted to change up some.   I think the IDS Vanilla Cinnamon is my favorite with the Natural Orange in second place!!  It is really good in the coffee because it is not nearly as strong as the Cappuccino Latte.

I just counted, you have 5 protein drinks and eat???? every day??? I've seen you saying you drink your protein so you can eat anything you want but you mean it.

HELLO!!  So excited my friend just picked up a permit to have a bonfire on the beach tomorrow night!  We are going to have fun!  My daughter can't wait to do smores!

I have not entered this into fitday yet, so I do not have totals
