TGIF!!!! I am so ready for the weekend. Next week is a short work week for me. I get to take DGD#2 to the doctor Monday afternoon for a check up and then I'm off Thursday & Friday. I have my 2 year appointment with my surgeon. Can't believe it has been 2 years!!
Here's the plan for today. It is still up in the air for tonight....

I missed my 2 yr. appointment and now it's almost time for my 3 year one. Since my Surgeon is no longer there I have to see the PA and it's a quick in/out. Iit irratates me to give up sick time at work and drive over an hour in heavy traffic to get there for that.
How do you make your frozen protein drink and what do you use? Do you just thaw it a little?

I use 1 cup Hood Calorie Countdown Milk, 1-2 tsp splenda, 1 scoop protein powder, put in my magic bullet cup then finish filling the cup with ice, mix with the magic bullet and it turns out like a milk shake with ice in it. I've done several different kinds. The Natural Orange and Peach protein flavors were really good. The orange is like an orange ice cream. I haven't tried anything that I did not like yet.
