Good Morning. Looks like Seattle is the place to be

Here in Georgia it is so hot and humid. I refer to this time of the year as the "chew your air before you breath it" season! lol   We have no central a/c, just window units in the bedrooms. Guess where I try to spend most of my days?  

I have the protein liquid/full liquid diet till Monday and Monday is the clear liquid day. Then my surgery is Tuesday!!! Yay!!!! I read over the full liquid requirements again yesterday and saw that I had somehow missed that thin grits and thin oatmeal are allowed!!! So last night, right around midnight I was up making grits!!! lol And they were heavenly!!! ROFL     I've also been trying out some of the greek yogurt suggestions I've gotten from this site. I added some SF/FF cheesecake pudding mix and some SF/FF lemon pudding mix to my greek yogurt this morning and felt like I was cheating it was sooo good!!!

This weekend is errand time. My hubby is off Sat. so we are combining a shopping trip with visiting his parents about an hour away. I know they will try to talk me out of the surgery as they have every time I've spoken with them. I think I'm just going to record mt standard reply and play it for them every time they are negative! lol Well, that's all for me!!!  Sorry so long!  I'm about 30 miles north of Seattle. It is pretty nice today. Around 70, not a cloud in the sky. I love the cool weather and rain we get here. It's why I live here.
