Morning!! Because I like to share with all of you.... my hubby, daughter and I are having family pictures taken at the beach next weekend (at sunset), I can't wait! These will be the first since losing weight. My hubby and I will wear crisp white shirts roll up sleeves, dark jeans, and I bought this summer dress for my 4 yr old daughter to wear: http://www.etsy.com/transaction/54421216 I loved it when I saw it, it comes today in the mail!!

It has been too hot to even grill out here. DH does the best pork chops, but he says he just can't do it right now. Wished I had another pool to jump in after I walk or exercise - oh well maybe one day.....
Here's my plan for today.

S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Hamburger Patty, mashed cauliflower, green beans
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: Apple
D: 1/2 Salad w/ steak, fat free tomato basil dressing
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 110 ozs
Miles: None - rained today after work.
I got my Vanilla Cinnamon Protein today and can't wait to have my coffee in the morning with it!! Might even put it in my protein drink tonight.

I bought some samples about a month ago because I wanted to change things up a little bit. I used the IDS Vanilla Cinnamon sample in my coffee and loved it. That is why I bought an entire tub. I was getting tired of the Syntrax Cappuccino Latte.
I also used some in a frozen protein drink one night and it was great too. I just use 1 cup of Hood Calorie Countdown milk, 1 tsp splenda(or other sweetner), 1 scoop of protein powder, fill the rest of the large cup of my magic bullet with crushed ice, blend and it is a great drink. I've used several different protein powders and all were really good.

im getting a massage tonight so that will be a nice stress reliever. have a good one!

Hi Roz. Its been nice and cool here the past few days. Was supposed to hit 86 today but is 78.. but humid. I love it though. Was down 2 lbs on the scale today and could feel it. I know I've been holding water something awful.
I feel like I've been snacking all day but I realize I've been munching on my calcium chews.
B - 2 protein coffees and a regular coffee
L - tomato bacon sandwich on wheat bread (didn't eat it all) and small bag of lays potato chips
D - a piece of pizza
D2 - Oliver burger, no top bun. Didn't eat it all. Ate some home fries and drank 2 beers. Can you say "sugar falling?"...
