It's moving to a new facility. Somehow we need to keep our historic buildings but it's so hard to keep upgraded, esp in a hospital setting.

Wonder what will become of the original buildings???

The old ones usually get re-purposed.  When Brook Army Medical Center moved across post to their new facility, the historic old hospital became much needed office space.

Ruthie, as soon as I write up my vacation "novel", I'll post it, but still writing it, LOL. As to me, yeah, doing great. Other than having to wear shorts with elastic waist today, I've been out to see a house, visit a friend, and then we headed to the grocery store. Other than being a bit tender, it's like I didn't even have surgery yesterday, :)

That is FABULOUS!!!   I dare not tell my DH because we didn't know about walking off the CO2 gas when he had his and he was in a drug induced slumber for 3 days & miserable!

YOU ROCK!

(Looking at a house???  You packing the moving truck tomorrow by yourself, are you?)

Compared to my DS, I didn't even KNOW I had gas during this one, it was a breeze!!! I DID take some pain meds last night about 6 hours apart to sleep but that was all I did.

No, not moving YET and sure won't pack the moving truck all by myself...done that enough times already. We are looking locally as what we are in now is NOT where we plan on staying. It's a 3 story townhouse. But it was better than renting as we financed with the owner. Now we are ready for a house.
