We have 5 acres but most of it is in pasture.  The kid helps with the heavy stuff, yesterday unloading sawdust for the horses stalls, spraying fencelines, etc.  DH still mows.

I think my favorite is which ever one i am eating at the time.  I don't think I have had a bad one yet.  I switch back and forth starting with either vanilla or chocolate pudding and go from there.  I need to order the mint cookie Syntrax next time to try it also.

Good morning Roz !!!!, Just about ready for taking vitamins with morning shake. I take d3 at 2000 iu, plus 2000mg calcium citrate, and a multiple-vitamin at 200% of requirement. Labs have been normal so... Knock on wood! Tried the Greek yogurt and that takes some getting used to as it tastes stronger in flavor. I eat so much chicken I have sprouted feathers. Been grilling a lot and adding hickory wood to the coals. Taking Sandy to the MS Doctor. Will eat at the hospital as they have awesome food ...lol....really! Love the soups there, seems soups really satisfy and are easy on my small stomach. I will make Spanish rice tonight with a bit of hamburger in it. Have noticed that high carb foods lead to my blood sugars going low as I suspect I am dumping extra insulin and that is NOT good. At 14mo post surgery, been at 175-179 for 6mo. Life IS good! ...Jeff

How is your wife doing?
