Not this week. I have been run down lately --sleeve not feeling well --got iron drawn today. Hopefully it will shed some light.

Cherry Shake (1 scoop vanilla protein, 1/4 cup frozen cherries, splash of SF cherry syrup): 28.5g protein

B: 3/8 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1/8 cup kashi cereal: 12.6g protein (finally found the irght amount my tummy can handle for breakfast!)
L: Egg salad on low carb wrap with romaine, baby carrots: 19.4g protein
Snack: Cinnamon Roasted Nuts, Protein Pudding Pop: 8.2g protein
Protein: 1 scoop Crystal Sky
Swimming, I hope I hope I hope
D: Peanut Chicken Stirfry with Quinoa: 15.1g protein
Dessert: Another cherry shake, 1/2 scoop protein powder: 15.1g protein

Vites and Fiber: 85 calories, 29g carbs
Water so far: 91oz

Grand Totals brought to you by OH: 1251 calories, 43.6g fat (30%), 96.1g carbs (30%) 70.6g net, 132g protein (40%)
All food made by me except the obvious (cottage cheese, kashi, etc)

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

YUM...That shake sound wonderful!!  Do you use a shaker or do you make it thick in a blender? Water or Milk?

Hot here.  I've been working outside with the new yard boy who is doing great. Yeah.  I hope I can keep getting him.  there just is more than DH and I can keep up with.

I have a very sexy yard boy...my DH...LOL  No one will be able to touch his yard until he is dead!  When he had his heart surgery I thought he would have a heart attack watching someone else mow his lawn.    I'm sure you have a lot more to take care of than my DH does though.  I think he mows a little over 1.5 acres.  The other half is field.

Which protein pudding do you like the best?
