Does anyone include this in their diet?  I love it!  Just want to know if I should start trying to erase it permanently from my memory :)

We could do V8 pretty early out and I thought it would be good with unflavored protein as a non-sweet option.  I bought the low sodium, thinking I would be good and hated it.  I ended up pouring it all out.  Really awful.  I'm glad you love it.  Maybe it was the protein addition but yuck, yuck yuck.  And I like V8.

My main concern is that it's only the Spicy I like.  Darn them for coming out with in low sodium   I am going to give it a try when I am to that point... I am not deal so good with all this sweet tasting stuff.... I have never dones sweet tasting stuff or sugar and it is sickening :(

Oh I feel you on the sugar thing.  I'm not good with those sicky sweet protein powders and now that I'm severely lactose intolerant it's not even an option unless it specifically states lactose free. Even so I'd prefer an unflavoured that is lactose free.  I love tomato and V8 juices too but right now I'm having to be so careful with my little pouch...it gets so unhappy at the slightest thing I put in it.

Hope you find a way to include it - it's tough giving up something you absolutely love!

I am still in stage one of the Post Op diet so it is merely a dream still. I will definitely give it a shot in the future. Sorry about your lactose issue.. I don't know what I would do if I had that problem.

Someone ask about V8 at our support group one night. The dietitian asked if anyone that was drinking it early out had an issue with the acid. None did, so she said that would be the only reason she could think of not to have it. I think she said she liked having it in our diets because it might help with potassium levels.

I liked tart early out too and that's when I latched on to diluted diet cranberry juice. I like tomato and V8 as well.

Acid is a valid concern. I can hardly wait to try a few ounces.
