Awesome! Thank you everyone! I will try to add a couple shakes back into my routine. I really didn't like the taste of them so any ideas on how to spruce them up?

Everyone is different, I lost 100 lbs in the first 6 months which seemed fine to me.  The last 20 lbs took 4 months though, that was agonizing!  LOL

Welcome to the LW Board.  It sounds like you are doing good.

I'm with the others on the Protein Shakes.  My plan does not allow for them either, but I started back doing them and it made a big difference.

I love the Lemon Tea and mix it with the Crystal Light Lemon Tea with 20 ounces of water, mix really well and add ice - my favorite.

You can get samples of the different kinds of protein mixes from vitalady.com, so you can see what kind you like best before purchasing the whole tub.  You can also mix it in with Greek Yoguart.  Look at the Menus and Miles posted each day to see the different types used and if you see something that interest you, just post and reply and asked them how to make it.
