6 oz. Greek yogurt  (18 gms protein)
1/2 tsp. S/F Vanilla syrup
1/2 pkt. sweetener of choice
1 scoop Syntrax Matrix Orange Cream   (23 gms protein)
Mix Well!

41 gms of protein that tastes like frosting... nom nom!!

P.S.  I bet if a bit of S/F Vanilla Pudding was used instead of the syrup and sweetener, it just might thicken enough to really be used as frosting!  heh heh   Ya think?

Okay... my tummy's full, I can brush my teeth and go to bed now.  G'nite LW's!

Keep it simple Gina!  Just add a scoop of protein powder to 6 oz. of yogurt... Your taste buds (& puckered lips) will let you know if that's good enough as it is.  LOL  C'mon now, you are all about 40 gms of protein at a time, so try it in dessert form rather than a shake!

I've been doing a frozen protein pudding since I have been too lazy to get out the ice cream maker.

I pk SF pudding, I've been doing vanilla or chocolate
2.5 c milk (I use unsweetened soy)

Mix well, then divide into 4 small cups that can go in the freezer.  I add 1 scoop of protein to each cup.  In chololate pudding I have added chocolate/peanut butter protein, latte protein, chocolate protein, cookies and cream,  you get the picture.
In vanilla pudding I have added fuzzy navel protein, cookies and cream, vanilla, chocolate.  If you had one of the other fruit flavors you could certainly do that.
They freeze hard as a brick batt but if you nuke them for 15 sec you can spend quite a while scraping off what is thawing and eating it slowly.
I do each cup seperately, with different protein so I have lots of choices each night for dessert.

That's a great idea Price!!  I read in my ice cream makers instruction booklet that the mixtures don't freeze smooth unless we use a milk that has at least 2% fat.  I'm willing to try that using very small cups.

Hmm... I wonder if a tablespoon of virgin coconut oil would work and be better for me instead of fat milk?

****Edit****   Oh yea... no way would it work.  Coconut oil solidifies below 76 degrees.  Glad I didn't try it!!   LOL

Sounds so yummy!
Great ideas.

I am not so creative, but I do love my vanilla protein with skim in the blender with frozen berries I picked this summer. Gets nice and thick if I put it in the freezer for little while.

Ruthie

White fish such as tilapia topped with greek yoghurt (plain)and fresh garlic.   Just mash up the fresh garlic, and add it to the greek yoghurt to taste.

It's not a protein shake, but you get tons of protein.

Tons of protein is right Eliza!!  Any new way to use Greek Yogurt is welcome.  Shakes are old news.  LOL Thanks for sharing!  I have tilapia in the freezer.  :-)

Let me just double-check though... are you saying to top & serve w/yogurt and garlic after baking?  Or cook it together?
