Thanks everyone! Nice to have my sleeve buddies along for the ride. I will be gone from house all this week Mon-Fri traveling for work. Brought my medifast and isopure with me and then get down to business on Saturday. Saw the Psych today and it was very helpful to continue to identify problem areas. Tomorrow I will see my surgeon for last minute instructions. Whoo Hoo! Grabbed some stuff at Trader Joes today in KC. I think I am ready!
