Advice please about protein brands.
The Syntrax Nectars are my lifesavers. 23 grams of Whey Isolate per scoop. Optional to mix with water and get in water&protein in same serving. Helped me tremendously since there was only so much room in my pouch and hours in the day.
S/F instant pudding that you add milk to, no****er... You can use the pudding powder to flavor Fage 0% unflavored Greek yogurt too. You can also add a scoop of vanilla (or whatever) protein to Greek yogurt and you'll almost double your protein gram intake.
I don't know about the ready to drink ones. I don't use them. I'd rather take an individual packet of nectar to add to a bottle of water when I'm out and about.

I put a heaping scoop of Syntrax Capucchino and a heaping scoop of Click Vanilla or Mocha with a couple of TBsp. Torani syrup either Almond Roca, Hazelnut, or English Toffee. The Click powder addition makes it very filling to me. Plus, when using milk with the coffee, you are talking about 50 gms. of protein in that one morning drink!
What is it again that happens if we take in too much protein?? Mad cow disease or something?? No prob... I'm halfway there.

Weekdays only. Weekends are free days more or less.
Breakfast is 2 protein coffees (60g) over a 2 hour period
1st snack at work is Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
Lunch is usually a quick protein shake w/omega 3-6-9 added to it (30g)
Dinner is usually a meat that I don't bother adding the protein grams, so I dunno how many.
I also snack / graze during the workday on baby carrots w/dip and a small popcorn after lunch, and of course I'm drinking diet cranberry juice and taking calcium all morning and iron in the mid to late afternoons.
