I think I might be having spagetti for super tonight and I think I might use your idea of the ricotta instead of pasta.

Good Menu!

Geez, I'm such a bad WLS poster.  Here's my plan for the day:

B:  Greek yogurt w/boysenberries
S:  sf popsicle
L:  chicken burger w/cranberry sauce
S:  Greek yogurt
D:  meat loaf, beans
S:  sf popsicle

Bought a weighted hula hoop and using for exercise,  It's exhausting.  Also bought a jump rope.  Can do two jumps, kinda.

You aren't a bad poster.  If I didn't start this every day I would be a terrible poster!  Life is so busy most days.

Congrats on finding an exercise that you might enjoy!!

My 11 year old DGD was amazed that I could jump rope.  First it was shock and then it turned into laughter because Grandma was jumping rope.   I used to be pretty good at hula hooping too but I'd probably put my hip out now...LOL

Good Menu!!!
