Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

I'm still having trouble editing my menu so I'm going to fill it in the best I can and try to stick to it.  My totals do not include Dinner because I'm not sure yet what we are having.

Good morning! I cant believe its been almost a year! I went by so fast!!

B Protein coffee 26g
S half of a plum with  about 1/4c greek yogurt with stevia and a dash of vanilla
L vanilla shake with frozen strawberries  35g
S vanilla protein shake made with skim 35g
D pork tenderloin,  few bites of mixed veggies and a couple of tablespoons of sugar free applesauce
S handful of cherries

Pro +95g so far
liquids 72 oz
vits on track
miles walked Buddy one mile, yoga class tonight

It is crazy how fast time flies.  I wonder if we weren't LW's if the time would go slower because of not getting to goal so fast.  In less than a year, most of us are celebrating reaching goal, off most of our meds, and enjoying our new healthier lives.

Did you get that extra shake in for lunch?

Got my shake in. So glad to be off prescription meds. I cant believe that my cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose are all normal, its miraculous!

Here is the plan for today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Chicken Thigh(cooked in crock pot w/ salsa & ff Cream Cheese-delicious) 1/2 low carb tortilla wrap
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  ?? not sure - maybe a salad w/ the shredded chicken on it.
S:  Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning done
Water/Fluid:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  Zumba tonight - last class until 8/15 - going to have to find something else to do until then.

Can you help me remember something?  I remember when I was early out they talked more about precentages than totals on here.  I was thinking it was something like 50% Protein, 25% carbs, 25% fats, but I might be totally off on those numbers.
