Ours was like that this morning but it got up into the 90's this afternoon.  This evening was nice though.

Hi Roz!  Was chilly this morning - spent the night last night in Mackinaw City right on the Lake Michigan/Lake Huron shoreline.  Was very windy today.  As we came back south it warmed up - hit all of 80 today - very nice day!

Eating has been weird, as usual... and on the road.... Saturday we snacked on cantelope and fresh cherries.  A few chunks of cheese (small bite size)  yummy.  I did find something decent to eat at a restaurant, grilled shrimp on a skewer and a small salad.  Couldn't even eat it all.  I'm getting pretty frustrated with all the fried/breaded crap that's on menus now.  Especially since I don't want t pay $15 for a chicken breast I won't even eat all of...

B - coffee and 2/3 of a bagel (ate it slow) (maybe that's why I got all bloaty and gassy today... just dawned on me!)
S - skinny mocha (small one)
L - breakfast again, 2 pieces of bacon, eggs benedict, part of a sausage link.  The waitress wanted to know why I didn't eat much - LOL... I thought I did. 
D - 2 cheesy brats dipped in bbq sauce, no buns for me! a few bites of macaroni salad
S - 2 spoons of peanut butter.  Bad me - i was just munching after everyone went to bed

Vits: yes
Water: did ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
