Yesterday I could not get my menu to update. Today I'm at least going to keep updating in fitclick so I don't overdo it with munchies.

Your breakfast makes me crave breakfast...oh wait I had it this morning but didn't take more than 3 bites. That's what menus do to me. Last night was was pot roast...3 bites and brought the rest home and it's in the fridge. I just can't eat out for some reason.

I find it difficult to eat with family because they eat so much and so fast. My stomach tightens up when I feel rushed.

My tummy is not very happy with me today because I'm on day 5 of Flagyl. At the moment I'm sipping my protein drink and thinking I couldn't possibly eat anything today but we'll see...

Absolutely nothing sounds good so I have no idea what the day holds. I'm off to do laundry and clean the house - oh boy!
Nothing sounded or tasted good today. A lot of carbs because they were easy on the tummy. Will do better tomorrow.

I've been trying to cut out some of my bad snacking at night and substitute a frozen protein drink. I was back down to my low weight of 128.5 this morning-thank goodness.
B: Protein Decaf Coffee - dumped half of it - it just didn't mix well this morning and was gross

I haven't tried the Chili Rice chips yet but I love the salt and peppered ones...yum The good thing about them is I can't eat very many of them because my mouth starts to burn...LOL
I wan't my scales to go back down to 112 but they are stuck at 115 and it makes me so sad but I'm not willing to diet to get them back down. I just Pray they don't go any higher or I will be forced into cutting back.
