It's been ONE YEAR!!!

Good Morning Everybody! Today is my third favorite day of the year (next to my anniversary and the birth of my baby!) My RNY surgery was exactly ONE YEAR AGO!!

What a year its been! I wouldn't trade this surgery for anything!
~ I am a NORMAL weight (by BMI standards)
~I wear a perfect size 4
~I have energy and confidence
~my blood pressure and blood sugars are perfect
~my back and legs are not sore at the end of the day.
~I FEEL (and am) HEALTHY!!!!!

Thank you for the endless information and support that this board and website offers....I wouldn't be where I am without you guys!!

PS...Happy Surgiversary to my surgery buddy Italian Spice too!! I hope she'll post later too!

Happy Surgiversary! Today is mine too, must have been a great day for WLS :)

7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future
