This is so stupid of me....all of this time I kept thinking your name was holy kim...LOL  Is it Holly?

I can't make the PB cookies for awhile.  I made them last week and I couldn't stay out of them.

LOL yes it is Holly. here is the recipe for making just one cookie:
1 tbsp pnut butter
1 tbsp seetener
1 tbsp egg sub
1 drop vanilla. proceed with the recipe . you could probably make 2 cookies if u doubled this one and them temptation wouldn't be an issue..

Hey Roz!

I love Beef Barley Soup but my pouch doesn't - bummer!

Anyway, my work computer is not letting me in today so I get to play here :)

B done: Click/Chike protein shake
S done: Hot Oat Bran with butter (I know, I know...don't even need to comment!)
L plan:   Probably nothing because pouchy is a little tempermental today
S plan:  ? Maybe a Pure Protein bar but most likely nothing
D plan:  1 egg and 2 egg white omelete with cheese, salsa, and Fage
S plan:  ? no clue

Vitamins: 1 batch down - 2 to go
Water:  No where close yet (this is what happens when I post on this thread in the morning)
Exercise:  Krav Maga tonight and I might stay for Zumba class too if I don't get beat up too bad in Krav.

Sometimes the soup makes me a little queezy and tastes a little greasy but most days it goes down pretty well.

You still like your oat bran....LOL  I love Quaker Oatmeal when my tummy is feeling grumpy but I try to limit it to two times a week. It's just so nice and warm and I think I could eat it every day if I wasn't careful.
