Anyway, my work computer is not letting me in today so I get to play here :)

S done: Hot Oat Bran with butter (I know, I know...don't even need to comment!)
L plan: Probably nothing because pouchy is a little tempermental today
S plan: ? Maybe a Pure Protein bar but most likely nothing
D plan: 1 egg and 2 egg white omelete with cheese, salsa, and Fage

Vitamins: 1 batch down - 2 to go
Water: No where close yet (this is what happens when I post on this thread in the morning)
Exercise: Krav Maga tonight and I might stay for Zumba class too if I don't get beat up too bad in Krav.

You still like your oat bran....LOL I love Quaker Oatmeal when my tummy is feeling grumpy but I try to limit it to two times a week. It's just so nice and warm and I think I could eat it every day if I wasn't careful.
