Hi Roz,
Glad you had a good time at your reunion and that you got your computer fixed!!  Did the bun bother you?  Sometimes I can eat bread and sometimes I can't-I never know until it is too late and it hurts...
I had both DGD's since Friday morning early.  DGD#2 went home late yesterday and DGD#1 just left.  I haven't even turned my computer on since Friday morning - way too busy!!  My parents were here also so they really enjoyed their time with the DGD's.
Here's the plan for today.
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Suppose to be Lemon Tea Protein but I put the Cappuccino in my lemon tea by mistake and was already on my way to Sunday School before I realized it - so I had to drink it - yuck!!!
L:  Salad with ham & cheese, lite raspberry vineg dressing
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Mixed Nuts
D:  1/2 Low Carb tortilla Wrap, 3 ozs ham, 1 oz cheese, lite mayo
S:  Sweet Freedom Ice Cream

Vitamins:  Done except night time multi

I've been seeing a lot of y'all referring to protein coffee.  How do y'all make that or where do you buy it?  I know there is unflavoured protein powder and I think I can do all sorts of things with that but I do love my decaf coffee! To be able to get a good amount of protein in my coffee...ahhhh!!! :-)

Right now I am on my stage 2 liquid post op diet for a few more days and the powders I have right now are really sweet.  They were ok before surgery so I guess my taste buds have changed a bit.  I found some SF coffee syrups and flavours and I'm looking forward to using t
hose.  I tried a greek yoghurt that has 14g of protein but couldn't get past the taste. I guess it's one of those acquired ones, eh?

I take 1 scoop of Nectar Cappuccino Protein Powder(you could use whatever type you like the IDS Vanilla Cinnamon is good too) mix with Milk/Hood Calorie Countdown/water - whatever you want to mix it with as long as it is not hot - I use 4 of the creamer cups or 1/4 cup of Hood Calorie Countdown milk.  Mix it real good to get the lumps out of it and then pour it into your hot coffee - stir and enjoy!!

Don't try to put the protein powder into your hot coffee - it will clump up and be horrible.  You have to mix it with something not so hot first.

Kinda a random day.  DD had a slumber party last night so I spent the first half of the day cleaning up.  Then I had to re-do my roots.  I've been detoxifying my life and I starting using an all natural Henna/Indigo blend on my hair.  LOVE IT!!!!  It's a little smelly and looks like baby poo (according to my 9-yr-old) but not toxic so I can live with smelling "earthy" for a few days.  So... I devoted the afternoon to my hair.   Gray intruders be gone

B:  Click/Chike protein shake
S:  none
L:  Hot oat bran with butter
S:  3 Fig Newton cookie crisps
D: Getting ready to make 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled (free range, organic compliments of my ladies) with cheese, salsa, and Fage in place of sour cream
S:  ?  Maybe some Fage and blueberries or a NSA Fudgescicle - but probably nothing.

Bekah

Whoops...forgot to add:
Vits:  2 doses down - one to go
Water: a little low today
Exercise: none today but did Krav Maga yesterday and that HAS to count for 2 days worth right?
