Having a hard time getting all my protein in. But I'm working on it!!
Just yesterday started to increase the intensity of my walks. Hope healing and getting back to exercising will help the weight disappear.
Thanks for Sunday weigh-in! I love that I have a place to post (and be accountable) my journey.

This week 112.2
Total loss 2.4
Still losing and not really trying but I haven't been eating a lot. Too much going on sadly. In the last month or so I have lost my mom, my friend Pete and just today I heard another close friend, Judy, passed away. Too many damn funerals.
I go to my doctor's next week and I guess they will let me know if I am losing too much. My body fat is still 24% so obviously I'm not withering away. Mixed comments from people. Some tell me I look great and others tell me I am losing too much. Physically I feel alright and my energy seems to be coming back more and more. I am almost back to where I was before I got sick except I do tire more easily. Next week I am going to star****er aerobics. I guess I'll see what my doctor says.
