Last week    171.4
Today            171.6

Early last week 2 pounds came back on and I was not happy!  Have upped my work outs to 5 days a week and couldn't help but wonder if this was why.......backed down to 4 days a week and eating a bit more protein and calories, which isn't difficult for me as I am HUNGRY!  Glad to have broke even though as it can sometimes take me 2 weeks or more to lose 2 pounds.  Here is to a better week.

And Price.....woo hoo!!!!!!  Century club......how amazing and I know something you did not think would happen!!!!!

thanks, jennifer.  this truely is an amazing journey.  I thought I was would be happy if I ever saw 140 again and here I am at 120.

Last week:  110.5 lbs

This week: 108.5 lbs

Minus: 2 lbs.

For the past two weeks, I have upped my exercise to at 6 hours/week. It is beginning to pay off. I really want to stay under 110 lbs. If I want to eat more, I need to exercise more, but I am enjoying it, and doing different things, like Spinning, riding my bike, walking, and weight training. Adding some walking in during my lunch time 3-4 times/week is helping.

140 last sunday...142 today..this is a normal bounce up for me.
excercise and all protein today and it will all be gone...
I have a hard time staying at 140 because it's pretty lean for
me but I always work towards staying there...going to Hawaii
on saturday so I will work my way back to 140 for the trip and
my first year in a bikini...oh yea...I earned this one baby..
