Just picked up Benefiber and B12 yesterday because I was running low.  I do my morning and evening meds by the week and they are done.  Extra cal. sits by the computer so I will remember it when I start drinking after each meal.

Ortho appointment on Tues.  Wondering what the next step will be with my knee.  Leaving Sat for a few days in Kentucky with pony club so a little planning for that.  Being further out, planning is a whole lot easier for trips (or maybe it is just that I am more used to it).  Throw in some protein powder, ready to drink stuff, protein bars and know that I can find something to eat pretty much anywhere.  Last time I saw the NUT, she said start being "normal".  Scarey thought then and still to some extent now, but more true.  I can kind of see a new normal in the future.

Hard to imagine that July is half over.

I hear ya Gina and Price!  I just got a huge order from VITALADY so I am super stocked up on vitamins AND protein.  I'm headed back to school/work in two weeks so I've been cooking and freezing some meals to make the transition easier.  My 1 year surgerversary is tomorrow so I'm headed to my surgeon for a check-up.  Very excited for him to see how I've turned out!!!

I live in a somewhat rural area outside of Atlanta so I've been "farmstand" shopping and have recently bought blueberries, corn, tomatoes, and peaches.  Trying to freeze some of that stuff too!  I also made some strawberry freezer jam (made it sugar-free and it turned out pretty well)....I mix a spoonful in my yogurt!  YUM

Have a super week everyone!!!

Gina,

Could you just come over here and set me straight? No sorted vitamins - lost the vitamin holder a few weeks ago - ugghh. Some protein powder (for pudding - that is still all I can eat it in) but no milk to make pudding. No plans for meals - which meal planner do you guys use? Do you know of an app for a Droid that would work for meal planning.

No meds - whoopie. But bladder infection - third in 4 months - wonder what's up there????

No snacks because had puppy issues (broken leg last weekend and some follow up this weekend)  and didn't go shopping.

I'm behind with everything - but should be back on track by mid week. Puppy goes in for an x-ray today and I'll likely eat out in town while I'm taking her in.

Busy work week for me this week - and then I get to head to see my sister in New Mexico - so I'm jazzed about that.

I think I'm ready for the week, but I never know what curve ball is coming my way.

The cleaning lady comes this week.  I like to put somethings away.  She sometimes puts things where I can't find them.

The schedule says is will be a quiet week.  Let's hope the schedule doesn't lie.

I think I'm ready to start my pre-op diet this week. I have a variety of RTD and powder protein shakes. I have my Light soy milk, and lean meats packed in the freezer for my nightly meals, along with broccoli and salad to go with my meal. I need to get in my first drink, I've onl had water so far. I guess I'm just afraid to start it. Maybe at 8 I'll get my first drink.

What do you guys do to prep your vitamins, I think I need to get a vitamin organizer.

I'm planning on a nice calm week!!  We are short staffed at work but that can go either way. I showed the girls at work my before/after reunion pictures and they were shocked.

My vitamns are all organized.  I finally bought another weekly container so I only have to fill them every other week.  I need to order Protein and a few SF DaVinci syrups someday this week.  I have one container of Lemon Tea left and I don't want to run out.  I brought all of my snacks into work because they disappear when I leave them at home.  DD and DGS must munch on them all day long....LOL   I just hope I can stay out of them here at work.  If not then I'll move them to the car and then just bring what I need for the day.

I'm going to try and catch up on some posts today while it's slow.

I went to grab my MONDAY vitamin pack and realized that I was supposed to re-fill them last night.  I do 4 weeks in advance and I didn't know I was on my last week.  Eeeekkk!  Made me 5 min late to work but that's just too damn bad...Vits are more important.

Meds - check
Snacks - not yet.  Going shopping tonight

Gym bag - packed
Banking envelope - ready to go to bank
DD's karate ghee - packed
Chicken food - check
Garbage out for pick up - check
Clean sheets - didn't have time this weekend so I'll have to do it tonight

I just did my vitamins for the week. So a bit late but I still got my morning dose in and am about to take dose 2. I slept in today so I'm off schedule by about 2 hours. LOL

I have a ton of protein powder but we are low on groceries and my unemployment check hasn't come through yet. Bah.
