Ortho appointment on Tues. Wondering what the next step will be with my knee. Leaving Sat for a few days in Kentucky with pony club so a little planning for that. Being further out, planning is a whole lot easier for trips (or maybe it is just that I am more used to it). Throw in some protein powder, ready to drink stuff, protein bars and know that I can find something to eat pretty much anywhere. Last time I saw the NUT, she said start being "normal". Scarey thought then and still to some extent now, but more true. I can kind of see a new normal in the future.
Hard to imagine that July is half over.

I live in a somewhat rural area outside of Atlanta so I've been "farmstand" shopping and have recently bought blueberries, corn, tomatoes, and peaches. Trying to freeze some of that stuff too! I also made some strawberry freezer jam (made it sugar-free and it turned out pretty well)....I mix a spoonful in my yogurt! YUM
Have a super week everyone!!!
Could you just come over here and set me straight? No sorted vitamins - lost the vitamin holder a few weeks ago - ugghh. Some protein powder (for pudding - that is still all I can eat it in) but no milk to make pudding. No plans for meals - which meal planner do you guys use? Do you know of an app for a Droid that would work for meal planning.
No meds - whoopie. But bladder infection - third in 4 months - wonder what's up there????
No snacks because had puppy issues (broken leg last weekend and some follow up this weekend) and didn't go shopping.
I'm behind with everything - but should be back on track by mid week. Puppy goes in for an x-ray today and I'll likely eat out in town while I'm taking her in.
Busy work week for me this week - and then I get to head to see my sister in New Mexico - so I'm jazzed about that.
What do you guys do to prep your vitamins, I think I need to get a vitamin organizer.
My vitamns are all organized. I finally bought another weekly container so I only have to fill them every other week. I need to order Protein and a few SF DaVinci syrups someday this week. I have one container of Lemon Tea left and I don't want to run out. I brought all of my snacks into work because they disappear when I leave them at home. DD and DGS must munch on them all day long....LOL I just hope I can stay out of them here at work. If not then I'll move them to the car and then just bring what I need for the day.
I'm going to try and catch up on some posts today while it's slow.
