By the way, I saw another post from you that mentioned you have a knee that needs surgery.  I have a knee and hip that I thought were going to need surgery, but the pain in them is less and less with every pound I lose.  Just a positive thought for you that I hope applies to your situation too.  :-))

Ruthie, I am hoping this will be the case with me as well.  I have to start back to work (I teach) in about three weeks so I hope there will some improvement with my knee.
