I have my three month check up on Wednesday. I have a group meeting for diet advancement. Anyone here know what is in store for my next phase?

We had meetings for diet advancement also and I like that so much better than Drs just sending folk out with little to no instruction. We, everyone who had surgery the week I did, met for each diet change. Gives a chance to question and get it right.

Don't know what you will be adding but I know I looked forward to everytime I got to add something new.
