Today was a good day
Maybe I should just ignore the fact that I have had some crappy days and wake up pretending like it's a good day....cause that's what I did, and that's what happened!!!! I have had zero, zilch, nada nausea and my pouch has been very accomodating. Today, I have managed to successfully consume, #1, a protein drink (yes, that's right, my nemesis, the protein drink), #2, a slice of bacon sprinkled on top of some shredded lettuce and some shredded cheese with a little dab of fat free dressing (when I go, I go big, and when I say big, it was maybe 1/2c total of food, lol) and #3, some yogurt. How do I feel after all that? AWESOME
But the biggest milestone of the day....198.2, welcome to ONEDERLAND!!!!!!

Bugger I just typed a message and it went pfft into cyberspace.
Anyway what I did write was that it took me awhile to find a good protein shake and I settled on GNC Myocell in chocolate and it's a "Casein" type protein mix which is slow release. I mix mine with water and it's a thicker texture which I prefer.
Fingers crossed for many more good days to come.
