So which scale do you rely on to get your true weight?
Dr office, home scale and wii fit all have 3 different numbers??

I like my digital scale ... it tends to be the lowest weight LOL
the wii fit is like NOOOOOOO

The Drs office  No way that can be true!!!

All have a weight difference of about 5 pounds... So which one do I believe....

Darn, I also have to contend with the scale at the Surgeons office now too SHEESH****

I haven't been on the Wii fit since my knee when south so I don't have that one to contend with.  My Curves is always a couple of pounds heavier than home digital but I expect that is due to clothes and having eaten before I go.  Drs, well, who knows.  Same clothes and eating apply but I go so seldom that I have always, so far, lost, so who cares.

In terms of the day to day and what I report, I use my home digital, jammies only, 1st thing in the morning.

I have noticed that if I weigh before and after I do the wii, I am always less after.  However, at Curves they say to weigh and measure before you work out.  That after, you will at least measure more due to blood going to the muscles.

I go by the home scale, which is the one I use consistently.  Dr's office, like Price said, you have clothes on, you've already eaten (probably), etc.  Even though my dr's scales are pretty close to what mine are.

I weigh first thing in the morning, before coffee, before shower with no clothes on.

 I'm facing the same thing!

I'm going with my home digital scale.  It's the one I weigh on the most and first thing in the morning and completely nude.  That's the number I like best!

Had to laugh as I was having the same issue! I just go by my scale at home as it is close enough ....plus with other factors like clothing and before or after the morning constitutional I find I don't care as much as long as it stays the same or near. Have a wonderful day!

I prefer to remove as many variables as possible so I use my home scale in the morning, after peeing, before eating or drinking, naked.   I don't care if it's the lowest, highest or somewhere in between as the actual number doesn't mater, only how much it goes down.

That's why I haven't bought a new scale even though I need to..really afraid of what a new scale will read..totally irrational fear since its always pretty much the same as the doc's but STILL. lol ultimately I guess either way it doesn't really matter if its only a difference of five pounds...pick the one that makes you the happiest
