B- 2 eggs, veggies and no cheese... go me!!
L- turkey and avocado sandwich (not the greatest)
D- 1/2 a filet mignon and 1/2 a grilled tilapia with 3 slices of red potato
S- 1/4 of Zone protein bar

5 glasses of water and 5 k on treadmill (1 mile I ran consistantly)

I have 35 lbs to lose. I keep gaining. I just found out I'm going to have a job interview with a government agency soon. Is it possible to go back to about 600-800 calories like post-surgery and exercise like crazy to at least lose 20?

I don't know about 600-800 calories but I do know if you reduce your carbs to under 40 and increase your protein to 100+ via protein shakes, you have a good chance.
