It's Friday! Enjoy your weekend!!!! I'm Super Excited about our Class Reunion tonight. I bought a summer dress with cap sleeves. Nylons or NOT? I'm from the days when you always wore nylons but my DD's tell that's from the "olden days".

Carbs: 99 (mostly from the salad somehow?!)

You will be glad you didn't wear nylons I bet...
I do so well during the day, then when I am home at night I just go nuts craving carbs... So, I am food shopping and getting some carbsmart bars again, those helped me feel like a treat. I tried protein shakes at night, but they don't work every night. So, I am doing those on the nights I work out.

No nylons in the summer. If your legs are a little pasty looking you can get the lotion self tanner. Just make sure you're exfoliated good before hand and wear rubber or plastic gloves so your hands don't stain.
B - 1 protein coffee
L - doritos, greek yogurt cheesecake instead of that protein drink...
S - cheese chunks, spoon of peanut butter - was grazing
D - shrimp ****tail and edamame
Vits: YES - took them today!
Water: need to get started on it.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

My DD uses the self tanner and it really looks good on her.
