Hi!

I'm pretty excited! Down 5.5#, even with 16.5 weight gain after surgery!

Tomorrow starting purred, and am so ready for something different. The only problem I'm having is I just tire so easily. Hopefully that will start getting better when I start full vitamins tomorrow as well.

Thanks for all the great support!

Congrats! It us NORMAL to be tired after any surgery. Your system has gone thru a lot and had to have time to adjust. Don't push yourself and let your body heal.

Congrats on the wt loss.  It's hard to believe when we looked forward to pureed food!!!!!!!!!!1
This is a major surgery and your body is trying to recover.  Rest when you need to.  You'll feel lots better when you're able to get more protein in.  Lin

Those early losses can be pretty darn amazing.

I understand, I was so ready for each change of diet phase.  In the long run, they are all pretty short but necessary.  Hurray for soft food.

I didn't really get my energy back for several weeks.  It was around when I got my D3 level up and I really think that had something to do with it.  Keep resting, getting your fluids and protein and you will be non-stoppable soon enough.
