Yummy healthy
Decided to make a protein shake for dinner. It was funky colored, but deicious and healthy. In my trusty little magic bullet I put in about a cup of spinach, 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, 1 scoop vanillar protein powder, and 1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk. It was SO filling and good. A little seedy from the raspberries, but still drinkable. I feel my Popeye muscles growing!!
You go, girl! Whatever works, babeee!

It's yummy, isn't it? When I was a raw vegan, I put spinach into my fruit shakes all the time. I used hemp protein because I wasn't doing whey at the time. I have some organic spinach in the fridge. I think I'll dump some into my morning shake.

I've never put it in a shake but love it in my egg and cheese for breakfast. Humm, a shake, I'll have to try it. I love spinach. I hope my second crop comes in as good as the first.
