leftover squash /carrot /mushroom dish with mole sauce

some extruded fat free cheezit like thingies minus the fat and salt
some fat free sugar free protein lemon bread pudding
a few cherries
doesn't sound that dreadful does it ?
planted a MAJOR tree in front of the brownstone today ( now landlord wants to cut the sidewalk and plant another one) - made a flowerbed and a brick border also and completely changedthe soil 4 feet around and three feetdown ( a LOT of digging including digging out old roots ) - so exercised ;) .
I even hand carried all the old soil across the street and put it on other trees' roots ... and put much old gravel and pieces of concrete into a dumpster yesterday from the basement ...
so why do I feel so gosh darn GUILTY ?

Been busting my behind trying to get all my paperwork done - OMG, you'd think I'm going to work for the government or something! I guess when I hired in my last job, like 27 years ago, all this security stuff, endless piles of paperwork and being asked to do it al twice wasn't as important...

Good Menu! Last night we stopped at McDonalds and DH always saves me a few fries but last night he didn't and then he told me I should thank him....that made me so mad! He is usally complaining that I'm not eating enough and I'm too thin.
