I have to wor****il 8pm tonight so I'll have to pick up something for dinner break later today.

D:  1/2 Grilled Chicken Apple Pecan Salad

Vitamins:  Done, except night time multi
Water/Fluids:  95 ozs
Miles:  None today

 2 protein chai teas 

leftover  squash /carrot /mushroom  dish with  mole sauce 

3 ounces  coconut marinated tempeh  

protein coffee  

some  extruded  fat free  cheezit like  thingies minus the fat and salt 

some  fat free sugar free  protein  lemon  bread pudding 

  a few cherries 

doesn't  sound that dreadful does it ? 

planted a MAJOR  tree  in front of the brownstone today (  now landlord wants to cut the sidewalk and  plant another one)  - made a flowerbed  and  a brick border also and completely changedthe soil  4 feet  around and three feetdown ( a LOT   of digging including  digging out old roots )  - so  exercised  ;) .

I even  hand carried all the old  soil across the street and  put it on other trees' roots ...  and  put much old  gravel and pieces of concrete into a dumpster yesterday from the basement ... 
so why do I feel so gosh darn GUILTY ?

What part of your menu is making you feel quilty?  It sounds like you stuck with your fat free routine.

Really have to keep doing a food log to keep myself accountable calorie wise.  Working on cutting carbs.

B:  protein coffee               20g
S:  LF coffee cake
L: tuna + LF mayo + 6 triscuits         22g
S: 1/2 protein bar                                 20g
D: halibut                                               20g

Miles--going to the rec center to workout on the stationery bike and probably some treadmill.

I've been doing a lot better carb wise since I started keeping track.  I felt like I was eating a lot of them and was feeling really quilty but I realized it wasn't as bad as I thought (quilt makes me want more).  The scales have been actually moving in the right direction since I started keeping track.

Menu sounds really low carb today!

I had a delightful trip to Blowing Rock.  Drove both ponies everyday on the beautiful carriage trails there.  The forest was at least 10 degrees cooler than everywhere else.  Exercise was packing up everything, then unpacking at home.  Eating there was not my best, but I am glad to be back on program.  Wondering what the scale will say tomorrow.

I'm so glad you had a good time!  Our little one has been singing Jingel Bells and every time she gets to "one horse open sleigh" I think of you.  She keeps running the words together and if you didn't know the song you wouldn't know what she was singing...LOL  I explained to her what that was and she is starting to sing it a little clearer.

Been busting my behind trying to get all my paperwork done - OMG, you'd think I'm going to work for the government or something!  I guess when I hired in my last job, like 27 years ago, all this security stuff, endless piles of paperwork and being asked to do it al twice wasn't as important...

B - coffee (me bad, no protein)
L - Chilis chicken quesadilla (ate 1 slice) and corn chowder soup and a few french fries.  Filled up fast
S - Biggby's skinny skinny mocha mocha latte
D - Chicken breast (small one), rice/peas

Vits:  no
Water: ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I know what you mean!  They have multiple forms for everything now.  I know things here at the office could be done quicker another way but it keeps multiple people in jobs and I'm so glad I'm one of them!  Being unemployed and looking for a job after 18 years was the pits!!

When do you start?

Good Menu!   Last night we stopped at McDonalds and DH always saves me a few fries but last night he didn't and then he told me I should thank him....that made me so mad!  He is usally complaining that I'm not eating enough and I'm too thin.
