Hi Liz,

Congratulations on reaching another milestone!!!! There are so many along this fabulous journey. WLS is truly a gift and everyday I am grateful for getting my life back. Having a second chance at a healthy life is truly humbling at times. I never want to go back to where I started. I never thought that I would reach the weight where I am at, but plugging away does work and it is doable at this end of the spectrum.

Good luck on reaching your ultimate goals. You will get there.

The highest weight I ever saw on my scales was 227. But it was one day after eating Chinese. Another time I was 226 at the doctors. Mostly I saw 220-223. So I put my highest weight as 225 as a compromise between the actual highest and my normal weight at my highest.

I think you should claim 245 as your highest though.
