Menus and Miles Tuesday July 12th

Started doing the couch to 5K training Saturday--we'll see how that goes.  A couple of us gals at work are going to this fitness place at our regional office 2 X week.  Just started today.  The trainer told me he thought I could run at 5mph--so I did///only for 4 minutes, but I've never run over 4.2mph.  Feel really good since I've exercised every day so far.

Only problem I've had is low blood sugar.  Guess I'll start eating a carb snack before and protein snack after.

Hi Roz!  Getting some baby time in - now... I walked out of the house and FORGOT my vitamins, makeup, toothbrush, hair stuff, etc  All the personal items.  But I have protein at my daughters and clothes.. I guess I'll be going home on Thursday instead of heading to my folks' place like planned.  DD has the necessities, but my folks don't (for me).  I'll get some multi's from her.  I also spilled the residual protein from my coffee this morning all over the floor of my car on the passenger side so I had to clean it when I got here.  Glad she has a carpet cleaner. 

We took Wynn to the beach today - oh that was so much fun!  She's 10 months old now and SO fun to be around and such a good, happy baby.

L - 2/3 of a Wendy's grilled chicken snack wrap
S - some tortilla chips
D - 6 BWW chicken wings, tips.

Hey Roz - Off the topic, but I got my DD cheer competition schedule for this season. Once your DD has her schedule figured out, let me know so I can see if we will be at any of the same competitions. I would love yo meet you. All of ours are in MD, the Baltimore/DC area except for March when we are off to Sunny FL for UCA's.
