Good Morning. Tom and Jerry

 When we moved into our duplex we found out about the mice.  Everywhere.  They didn't bug me but of course I didn't want the creatures running around.  I didn't want poison because of the dogs and I hated the idea of dealing with traps and seeing them.  We did put out some glue traps but JJ managed to get himself caught in it.  We caught quite a few in the glue traps and other traps and then Pepper decided to take care of them.  Everyday we would find a deal one.  I finally had enough and called the landlord.  He put poison under the house, where I think they were coming from, and put these traps that had bait in the and hid them behind the walls so the dogs couldn't get to them.  Of course Pepper managed to find one and I was scared to death he ate some poison so I called the vet and they had me give him so peroxide to make him throw up.  He did and no poison, thank God.  Anyway, my landlord came out every week for a month and checked the traps and it finally worked because we haven't seen a mouse in a long time.
The weather here continues to be pretty cool.  A little rain today.  Only a handful of warm days.  I'm not complaining because I hate it when it gets too hot so it's perfect for me.

I sure hope Tom catches Jerry!!!  We used to have them all the time, but not so much anymore.  DH has cleared alot of the woods out behind our house.  We used peanut butter on the traps because the little ones could get the cheese off without setting the trap off.

Lots to do at work.  I need to walk this afternoon, but the heat index is suppose to be 110+ this afternoon - so not sure that is going to happen.
