 aww, linda, i do feel the love and companionship here.  what a wonderful group.  you have welcomed me with open arms and apparently i feel safe enough to be vulnerable and accept the care.  

it all goes hand in hand, the emotional and physical stuff we go thru, to not turn to food as a comfort anymore when i feel i need to be 'filled' with something.  it's quite a journey we walk.

I am going to fire Ziggy! (our adopted cat) He sleeps on the foot of the bed all night and now I have a field mouse under the cupboard below  the sink somewhere and its getting under my stove! Afraid to use poison, dont want a dead mouse under the cupboard, or the dishwasher! Will keep setting traps and hope Ziggy wants to be the little hunter like he is outside.
Getting tired of bleaching everything!

Not as hot today so far, but its really humid. Planning for housecleaning and a trip to the vitamin shoppe.

 get a spray bottle, add water and some hot seasoning and spray it where you dont want the critters.  they dont want that stuff in their eyes, so will leave.  if you still have troubles, let me know, and i'll ask my friend some more tricks.  she rehabs wildlife and knows how to live in harmony with nature.  (though, sometimes it's 'get a cat', lol)

 anytime.  we have to remember that animals are having their habitats taken from them.  without some of these critters, we wouldnt be alive today.  the flying squirrel is amazingly important, believe it or not.  without them, we wouldnt have trees, without trees, no air.  (she explained to me why they are so important to the trees, but i have forgotten at the moment, darn it!).

i have learned so much about nature int he past year.  the balance is very delicate when you come down to it.

 Mini-Me says  I'm a MOUSER   i'm a MOUSER  !!!  Jes let me at 'im....    He'd like  U to know Gina ..he's  all Boy  and all Bidness  ... don't  be fooled by the FUR  ... see that  serious face ?  He caught TWO  mice in North Carolina once in the space of an hour    and BOY  was He strutting    it was TOO  cute  ! 

I hope Tom catches Jerry. Those little buggers are a pain tin the butt.

Hopefully my husband can take a couple hours off of work today so we can go look at SUVs. He wants to get me a new car before her deploys, he knows I want to do some road trips while he is gone, and I've always wanted an SUV. I even told him a minivan is good for me.

It finally rained here since like we got a tiny bit of snow in December. So thankfully we got a little rain, but now it is hot and humid. So only out of the house if we go car shopping.
