Welcome! We are all so different, but you will find support and information here.

Someone has a saying on their ticker that I try to remember, something like "comparison is the death of happiness." It is really true. 22 pounds is wonderful and you will not have to deal with those 22 pounds again. Pick up an equivalent weight in the grocery and you will be in awe of what you have done.
