Hi Roz!  Not really sure whats on the menu for today but did well at the Mexican restaurant last night.  Ended up having Mexican steak with grilled veggies on it - was very good.  Told them to hold the rice and tortillas.  I guess tortillas are like rolls there...

B - 1 piece of bacon and a little corn beef hash (more corn beef than hash)
S - another piece of bacon and a few doritos
L -
D - hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill.  Probably a hot dog...

Good afternoon Roz and gang!

A rather lazy Sunday so far.  DH is out filming so DD and I went to the mall for a "girl day", had lunch, and then went to the local water park (just an area where they have water squirting up from the ground all over the place - but hey...it's free!).  Now home and staring at laundry mountain thinking I should climb it soon or it will overtake us...

B:  Click/Chike protein shake
S:  nothing
L:  1/2 whole wheat bagel with cream cheese
S:  Starbucks SF carmel frappuccino
D:  no clue
S:  dunno

Totally not hungry today but I need more protein so I'll see what I can gag down.  Maybe another protein shake?

Water:  not enough but still working on it
Vits:  2 doses down,  1 to go
Exercise:  nothing today but I did Krav Maga yesterday
